This section has the highlighting text effect on the div, instead of the p tag, so it highlights as a group instead of individual characters.
This paragraph has the effect on the span tag inside the p tag, instead the div. This allows each character to be highlight instead of the entire div at once. This effect only really works with parallax, or smooth scrolling, on the entire site - it's pretty janky without it and doesn't look nearly as good. Or feel as good, either.
Some buffer text to allow the above div to actually scroll to the bottom - don't want to cap it out before it's finished. All timings of the effects can be changed. Same with the styling, obviously - haven't put any effort into styling it. I just wanted to see how the functionality of this all would work, which transfers better into a new project anyway.
